I finally got my highpoly mesh retopolized and made normals, diffuse, specular, and occlusion maps for it.

Assignment # 4 and #5

For this assignment I was to start on my new model and create a uv set from my low poly version to be normal mapped.


After creating a set of model I then took my high poly model and tranfered it into Zbrush in which I up the poly count and added in details to the main piece.






Then I decimated it to a lower res and took it back into maya to uv it again and create a normal map.



Assignment #3

For this assignment I had to create a high poly version of my Cabin and use it to make a normal maps for both of my uv sets.

Assignment #2

For the next assignment I was to take my previous model, add further detail, and then fully unwrap it. The model was to be UVed onto two separate maps that were 2048 x 2048.

For my first assignment, I was to build a cabin from a drawn concept. This was to be my low resolution model.
